This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Chosen Homeland Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User," "Parent," or "Provider") of our Kids Activity Marketplace mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our Users, especially children, and adhere to strict privacy guidelines, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA").
The Owner and CEO of Chosen Homeland Solutions is Abiola Olowokere.

A. Information from Parents/Adult Users
Identity Data: Name, email address, phone number, and address (for account creation, communication, and locating activities).
Transaction Data: Details about payments to Providers, subscription status, and commission fees. We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) and **do not store full payment card details** on our servers.
Activity and Usage Data: Search history, booking preferences, and activity management history.
Authentication Data: Login credentials and Azure AD B2C authentication tokens.
B. Information from Activity Providers
Business Identity Data: Business name, contact person's name, email, phone number, and physical location of activities.
Payment & Financial Data: Bank account details for receiving payments from bookings (handled securely via third-party payment gateways like Stripe/PayPal).
Activity Listing Data: Descriptions, scheduling, pricing, and images related to the activities offered.
C. Information about Children (COPPA Compliance)
We only collect and process personal information about children directly from their parents or legal guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent.
Limited Child Data: Child's first name or nickname, age, and grade level. This data is strictly used for personalization (AI recommendations) and filtering activities.
Scheduling Data: Enrollment and scheduling details for booked activities.
How We Obtain Consent: Verifiable parental consent is obtained during the account setup process before any data about a child is collected or stored.
2. How We Use the Collected Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
To Operate the Marketplace: To facilitate the search, booking, payment, and management of children's activities between Parents and Providers.
Service Improvement & Personalization: To use AI personalization features to recommend relevant activities to Parents based on child's age, location, and previous booking history.
Processing Payments: To process transactions and subscriptions (Parental/Provider SaaS subscriptions) through secure third-party payment gateways (Stripe/PayPal).
Communication: To send Parents and Providers service-related Azure Notification Hubs updates, booking confirmations, and important legal notices.
Analytics and Reporting: To analyze app usage, track revenue (Yearly Revenue Projections), and monitor key metrics using tools like Azure Application Insights and Power BI to improve the service and business operations.
Security and Legal Compliance: To verify accounts, prevent fraud, and comply with legal requirements, including PCI compliance and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
3. How We Protect Your Information
Security Measures: We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information, and data stored on our App.
Technology Stack: Our data is stored using robust technologies like Azure Cosmos DB (distributed database) and Azure Blob Storage, secured by Azure AD B2C for authentication.
Payment Security (PCI Compliance): Financial transactions related to bookings and subscriptions are handled by secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways (Stripe/PayPal). We do not store or process sensitive credit card information ourselves.
COPPA Compliance: We maintain strict internal protocols to ensure the limited data collected from children is never disclosed and is used only for the purpose of facilitating the activity booking service.
4. Sharing Your Personal Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users' personal identification information to others.
Activity Providers: We share **Parent's contact information and the Child's limited data (name/age)** with the specific Activity Provider once a booking is confirmed, solely for the purpose of participation and scheduling.
Third-Party Service Providers: We use third-party providers to help us operate our business, such as payment processing (Stripe/PayPal) and analytics (Azure Application Insights). These parties are obligated to keep your information confidential.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal processes or protect the rights or property of Chosen Homeland Solutions.
5. International Users and GDPR
While our initial market focus is the U.S. (TAM of $25B U.S. market), we recognize the global nature of the internet. If you access the App from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. where our servers are located and our central database operates (Azure-based architecture). We intend to plan for **GDPR compliance** in anticipation of future international scaling.
