Welcome to Cognirithm Money! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Cognirithm Money mobile application ("App") provided by Chosenhomeland Solution LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Cognirithm Money, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Cognirithm Money is a personal finance management application that provides:
You must be at least 18 years old to use Cognirithm Money. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Cognirithm Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription with the following options:
Both plans include a 14-day free trial for new subscribers.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial period if applicable.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings:
Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.
New subscribers may be eligible for a 14-day free trial of Cognirithm Premium. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription plan you selected. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple or Google and may be limited to one trial per user.

The App and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the property of Chosenhomeland Solution LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:
Important: Cognirithm Money provides financial information and insights for informational purposes only. The App does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making financial decisions. We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information from the App.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHOSENHOMELAND SOLUTION LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chosenhomeland Solution LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Chosenhomeland Solution LLC regarding your use of the App.
